Ticket-to-wallet reconciliation
Sportsbook disputes are easiest to resolve from the accepted ticket, not from a later score app. This guide rebuilds the chain from market wording and event status to settlement and the final crypto-wallet entry.
Freeze the ticket as it was accepted
Save the event, market, selection, odds, stake, currency and ticket ID. A market such as match winner, map winner, set handicap or player prop can settle differently even when the same event appears in the title.
For esports, also record the tournament stage, best-of format and map or game number. Roster changes, walkovers, postponed maps and technical restarts are handled by the rule attached to the accepted market.

- Exact market name
- Accepted odds and stake
- Event or map format
Distinguish cashout from final settlement
A displayed cashout is an offer that can move or disappear before acceptance. If accepted, its transaction record becomes the relevant outcome; if it was only displayed, the original ticket remains open under the event rules.
For a settled ticket, compare the operator's stated result source with the official competition result. Do not use a live-score notification alone when the event was corrected, abandoned or later voided.
- Cashout offered
- Cashout accepted
- Ticket settled or void
- Official result status
Reconcile the result with the crypto wallet
The ticket record should show the settled return in the betting currency. The account ledger should then show the corresponding wallet movement. Keep currency conversion separate if the account displays an approximate fiat value beside a crypto balance.
If the market rule and result support a different outcome, open one case with the ticket ID and the exact rule clause. Avoid placing a duplicate bet or changing account settings while the settlement record is under review.

Questions players ask
Why can a winning score still produce a void ticket?
The accepted market may have a specific rule for postponements, walkovers, required playing time or map completion.
Is a visible cashout amount guaranteed?
No. It is normally a live offer until the acceptance is confirmed and recorded.
What should a settlement case include?
Provide the ticket ID, exact market, event status, accepted odds, result source and the rule clause you believe applies.
